Our Story

American Heritage Retirement Community was designed and built in the early 1960’s. Built by Glen C. Bills and Sons, this community is currently still owned and managed by 3rd & 4th generation family members. The first mobile home placed in American Heritage was on July 4, 1963. That was the beginning of a lifetime commitment to the manufactured home industry. Being in the industry for over 60 years, we are able to provide affordable housing to retired individuals. We believe that hard work and caring for your business will always provide positive results. We continually strive to create an attractive, clean and desirable community for our residents. American Heritage is located in the heart of West Valley City, UT. Our home-sites are filled with beautiful trees, shrubbery and grass; creating a perfect and enjoyable spot to live. American Heritage is surrounded by a variety of attractions for residents. Nearby you will find easy access to major highways, UT TRAX line, multiple bus stops, restaurants and shopping centers, a recreation facility, and an event center. Amenities provided for our residents: Clubhouse, RV storage.
