  • Are Dogs and Cats Allowed?

    Yes, dogs and cats are allowed. We follow City Rules & Regulations, meaning two dogs/two cats per house. They need to be indoor pets. Small dogs only.

  • Do You Allow Fencing?

    No, we don’t allow fencing.

  • Are All Ages Able to Live Here?

    No, one member of the household must be 55+. All other family living with you must be 18+.

  • Do You Have a Swimming Pool?

    No, but we do have a clubhouse with various amenities! See more on this below.

  • What’s Included in Rent?

    Our rates vary throughout our community. We include water, sewer, natural gas, and garbage. No one else covers as many utilities as we do! 

  • Do You Provide Extra Storage (Including RVs, etc.)?

    Yes, we have a storage unit available for recreational vehicles- however, we are not a storage unit!

  • What Amenities Are Included?

    We have storage and a clubhouse for our residents, including a family room, fireplace, piano, big screen TV, two kitchens, pool table, gardens, walkways, and more. The clubhouse is great for parties and gatherings! Only for residential use.

  • Do You Tow in this Community?

    We tow cars parked on the street from midnight to 6 AM if they do not have a parking pass.

  • Is Yard Care Included?

    No, all residents are responsible for maintaining their yards and homesite.

  • How Do I Purchase a Home In the Community?

    Before you can purchase a home, you need to be approved by community management!
